Sarah Ozelle is an independent artist, songwriter, session vocalist, composer, vocal arranger, and producer from the UK, with over two decades of experience in the music industry. Originally hailing from London and now working from her purpose-built recording studio in the Suffolk countryside with her husband, renowned percussionist/drummer Miles Bould, Sarah has carved a distinctive path in remote vocal sessions and composing for film, television, advertising and games, with hundreds of sync placements to her name.

Her musical roots began with classical piano training as a child, which later evolved into a career in audio engineering, programming, and production. After working as an assistant engineer in several of London’s top studios, Sarah shifted focus to singing and songwriting — a a move that became the cornerstone of her creative life.

Previously signed to Sony ATV Music Publishing as a songwriter, Sarah is now fully independent and focuses on composing music for film, TV & Sync, while continuing her highly sought-after session work and releasing her own material. As a solo artist she has written, produced, and released three albums and an EP, as well as the collaboration project Junebug with Michael Scherchen. Her fourth solo album is due for release in 2025. Her music and vocals have been featured in countless TV shows, films, games and adverts, recorded both at her home studio and the legendary Abbey Road Studios.

Sarah’s voice is known for its emotional depth and versatility, effortlessly moving between pop, singer-songwriter, jazz, soul, rock, world, and dance. From soaring lead vocals and ethereal harmonies to gritty, expressive textures, she brings authenticity and precision to every performance.

As a session vocalist she has toured and recorded with renowned artists such as Moby, Jamiroquai, Mark Knopfler, Vanessa Mae and many more (see artist list below)
